I am a Counsellor and Coach with double masters degrees from top Australian Universities, and I also hold a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Design from the University of San Francisco.

With 20-years of experience in human transformation and change, I utilise evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches to treat psychological concerns and promote holistic wellbeing.
