In person-centered therapy you can explore your own values, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to achieve greater satisfaction in life. Person-centered therapy has four goals: being open to experience, learning to trust oneself, developing an internal evaluation of oneself, and having a willingness to continue growing.
